INQUIRE ABOUT YOUR DATE

You've had a chance to view our portfolios, now its time to make it official!  Send us an email through our Contact Form to secure your date and time.

SIGN AGREEMENT & PAY RETAINER

Once your date is confirmed, we will email you a digital quote for you to accept.  Once the quote has been accepted, we will email you a digital contract for you to fill out and sign online. The retainer is $100 and is non-refundable, and you have until 90 days prior to your wedding date to cancel services without any paying additional fees.

SCHEDULE YOUR TRIAL

We find that trials are best done approximately 6 weeks prior to the wedding date. This ensures that your stylists are using the same products & techniques during your trial that they will use on the wedding day. This also allows plenty of time for you to make minor adjustments to your skin if advised between the trial and the wedding date to achieve your ideal result.

FINALIZE YOUR LIST OF SERVICES

The list of makeup services that you are booking on behalf of yourself and your wedding party is due to be finalized no later than 30 days prior to your wedding date. We want to make sure we can hire the best assistants from our team to assist the lead stylists. We also create a customized appointment schedule for each wedding, and this deadline ensures that there is plenty of time to do so.

PAY INVOICE FOR FINAL PAYMENT

Once your list of services is finalized, we will invoice you directly via email. This invoice can be paid online by debit or credit card and is due 14 days prior to the wedding date.

SIT BACK, RELAX & ENJOY!

Once the wedding day comes, our stylists show up 15 minutes prior to the first appointment time to set up and prepare for a day of pampering you and your wedding party. Pop the bubbly and get ready to feel like a queen!
