Services are by appointment only, if you are unable to make it to your appointment there will be a 24 hour requirement for notifying us.  This time allows us to fill your appointment.  Without notification, we lose the ability to accommodate another client & therefore have to charge the cost of your service to the credit card on file.  Thank you for understanding!
